Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days. All products are handmade in small batches — good things take time, and we appreciate your patience.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Because our products are handcrafted cosmetics, sealed for hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Every Pure Joy product is formulated with botanicals, plant oils, resins, macerations, and herbal infusions. We use no petroleum-derived synthetics. We are working toward COSMOS organic certification — our commitment to purity is not a marketing claim, it’s how we work.
Most of our formulas are gentle and skin-loving by nature. Everyone’s skin is different — we always recommend a patch test before first use, especially if you have known sensitivities. The full INCI ingredient list is on every product page.
Yes. Every product carries a best before date and batch number on the label. Once opened, use within the period shown by the open jar symbol (PAO). Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Some botanical ingredients are not recommended during pregnancy. Full ingredient lists are on all packaging and product pages. Please consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
